Nestled in the historic Fairmount Hills neighborhood of Salem, this thoughtfully reimagined 1975 residence blends timeless architecture with modern luxury living. Designed with both sophistication and comfort in mind, the remodel transforms the home into a seamless retreat tailored for today’s lifestyle.
A former garage has been artfully converted into an expansive great room oasis and refined work space, creating a versatile environment ideal for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday living. The new addition integrates effortlessly with the original structure, preserving the home’s character while elevating its functionality and flow. The primary suite was completely reenvisioned through the transformation of an existing bedroom into a spainspired sanctuary.
At the heart of the space sits a sculptural freestanding soaking tub, complemented by a spacious walk-in shower and beautifully appointed dressing area. Layered textures, warm finishes, and intentional design details create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and serene.
Every element of the remodel was curated to bring harmony between old and new honoring the home’s original charm while introducing a fresh, sophisticated aesthetic rooted in modern elegance.
