Education & Training
The Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties offers education to equip contractors and others in the building industry. We offer the 16 hour pre-licensing education home study course needed to sit for the CCB license exam, continuing education hours for contractors who are renewing their CCB license, codes education to keep builders and trade contractors up-to-date on the latest changes to Oregon’s building code, and lead paint RRP certified renovator training for contractors who need their EPA and Oregon Health Authority required lead paint certification. Association members can complete their CCB licensing renewal educational requirements through the free education classes for members on the HBA’s www.homebuildersuniversity.com site.
