ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project meant a little more to us—Gary Juran, Kyle’s father who started Classic Homes, built this home in 1993, and we had the pleasure of building an addition onto it. The addition was built to provide a comfortable and private living environment in the home they already loved but wanted to make larger for their growing family and needs. We designed a thoughtfully planned addition that creates an independent yet connected second floor ADU living space above the existing garage.
