ABOUT THE PROJECT
This remodel is a transformed traditional 1940s custom home. Things restored in this home to hold the original feel were the windows—vinyl windows with original wooden sashes. The dumbwaiter still carries laundry from the top floor to the laundry area, and the hardwood floors were brought back to life with new tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beautiful staircase was restored to new and accented by the new wall covering. New plumbing, electrical, lighting throughout. Other additions were added: a man cave in the basement, and after a stroll through park-like yard, you can also find the she-shed. We want to welcome you; there will be a slide show with many before and after photos.
