ABOUT THE PROJECT
This 1952 home has undergone five remodels over the course of 15 years. It began with a remodel that was required by the city in order to ensure the safety and integrity of the structure. Three years later, as the family grew, there was an addition of the sunroom and a small bedroom. Then in 2016, the sunroom was modified to become a coffee bar/laundry room. In 2022, the master bathroom and bedroom were remodeled to accommodate a bigger shower and more storage. And finally, as of 2025, the kitchen and guest bathroom were resurfaced/redesigned and updated, and skylights, wood beams and new flooring were added for much needed light and style.
