ABOUT THE PROJECT
This home, built in 1981, features a new kitchen with modern touches to create a more open space for entertaining and a complete remodel of the two bathrooms and laundry room. After assessing needs and goals, our designer created a series of designs and renderings, working together to turn visions into reality in a stunning and functional modern lifestyle home. By removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, the main space was opened up, breathing fresh life into the floorplan. The ceiling in the kitchen was converted to vaulted, featuring a beautiful new three-light fixture above the island with built-in range. All new soft-close cabinets with under and top mount lighting, custom quartz countertops with subway tile backsplash were installed throughout. There are also several convenient Rev-a-Shelf pull-outs to make organizing a breeze, and cooking an absolute joy. Both bathrooms were similarly transformed with custom quartz showers and new vanities, and the laundry room was updated with new cabinets and custom quartz counter. The entire home then received new carpet and LVP flooring, updated lighting, and new doors and trim. We are excited for you to see our craftsmanship and answer any questions you may have.
