Remodeled Homes

Get Inspired. Explore the Possibilities.

Thinking about updating your kitchen, transforming your bathroom, or giving your entire home a fresh new look? The 2027 Tour of Remodeled Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties, is your opportunity to discover what's possible with the help of talented local remodeling professionals. Join us in September 2027 for a firsthand look at the creativity, craftsmanship, and innovative ideas that can turn an ordinary house into an extraordinary home.

Unlike looking at photographs or browsing design ideas online, the Tour of Remodeled Homes lets you experience real remodeling projects up close. Explore beautifully renovated spaces, discover clever solutions to common design challenges, and see how thoughtful improvements can enhance a home's comfort, functionality, and style. From modern kitchens and luxurious bathrooms to creative additions and complete home transformations, the tour offers plenty of inspiration for homeowners considering projects of their own.

The tour also provides a unique opportunity to connect with the local remodeling professionals who bring these projects to life. Whether you're ready to begin a renovation or just starting to imagine the possibilities, you'll gain valuable ideas, see the latest trends in home design, and get a better sense of what can be accomplished in your own home.

Mark your calendar for September 2027! Participating homes, tour details, and ticket information will be announced as the event approaches. Check back for updates and get ready to discover the possibilities for your home at the 2027 Tour of Remodeled Homes..
