For companies who build, remodel, design and develop

Builder Membership is open to companies that build or remodel single-family homes, multifamily housing, commercial or industrial buildings, as well as land developers and architects.

For businesses and professionals that are not general contractors

Associate Membership is open to companies and professionals that provide products, services or expertise to builders, developers, property owners and the broader building industry. Our Associate members represent a wide range of businesses, from trade contractors and suppliers to lenders, real estate professionals, insurance providers and many others who help our industry succeed.

For individuals who work for an existing HBA member company

Affiliate Membership is available to employees of existing Builder and Associate member companies. While employees already enjoy HBA benefits through their company's membership, becoming an Affiliate gives you greater individual visibility, including your own listing in the HBA's online and printed membership directories, plus your own printed copies of the HBA magazine and annual membership directory.

For real estate professionals who want their own connection and visibility within the HBA.

Realtor-Affiliate Membership is available to licensed real estate professionals whose license is affiliated with a real estate brokerage that is an active Associate Member of the HBA. This membership gives individual agents and brokers their own presence within the HBA, including an individual listing in the HBA’s online and printed membership directories and their own printed copies of the HBA magazine and annual membership directory.
