As my own three boys are now grown, I’m very proud each have immense talent and creativity adding to our industry, as does our entire close-knit team. My designs hear the call for a well thought layout to include ADUs and multigenerational when needed, driving towards wise investment, aware it’s the largest life savings account. I’ve been absent from the Tour for almost a decade and am thrilled to have a project that coincides this year. Focusing on design, home construction, and subdivision development, many of you have followed my journey in Salem. While beating a different drum for more than 25 years regarding creativity and uniqueness in every plan I draw and build, we are excited to be constructing new streets and infrastructure in Phase Two of Laurel Crossing and adding a dozen beautiful new view lots this summer. I look forward to showcasing more wonderful homes like our McCready + Lanegan Tour Home in hopes this project or a future will fulfill your family’s wish.
