The Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties offers advertising space in the Chalkline, which is published 12 times per year. Approximately 1200 copies are printed and mailed to members and associates. Display advertising submitted “on disc” should be to-size along with a proof print. Media may be CD or e-mail. The complete ad should be submitted with all fonts and images included with the fi le. Advertising must be submitted by the 20th of the month preceding an issue. HBA Membership Directory
The HBA Membership Directory is distributed twice per year to over 1000 members in Marion & Polk Counties, as well as outlining areas, and is used daily to make new and existing contacts with other members. More than 1,000 general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and associated businesses use this directory as their primary source for contact information in the local building industry. Advertise Your Company in the Tour of Homes Magazine
The Tour of Homes will have an exciting new look thanks to a completely revamped magazine. Most noticeable will be the full-color, glossy format of the magazine with all home illustrations done in full color. Advertisers will also benefit through ad pricing far lower than what was charged by the newspaper for past Tour publications.
BuilderFusion will produce 30,000 copies of the 2008 Tour of Homes magazine, 20,000 of which will be distributed to attendees onsite at Tour homes, with the remaining 10,000 being direct mailed to select targeted households. The company is also producing 100,000 promotional fliers, which will be distributed in advance of the Tour to help generate interest in the event.

Rent a Tour of Homes Garage to Promote Your Company
For only $200 you can rent a builder’s Tour garage during the Tour of Homes. Renting a Tour garage is a very affordable way to potentially reach thousands of Tour visitors. Once you set up your booth in the Tour house garage, you can choose to have someone sit at the display to greet visitors, or leave it un-manned.
