Builders Future, Inc.Builders Future Inc is a for-profit subsidiary company wholly owned by the Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties. Builders Future Inc annually builds the HBA New Product House, a feature house that showcases the latest in building techniques, materials and technologies. The house is a collective effort of the HBA membership, with dozens of companies providing donated or discounted labor and/or materials. Proceeds from the sale of the New Product House further the association's efforts to promote affordable housing through the HBA's political action and legal defense funds. 2006 New Product House
