The HBA Membership Directory is distributed twice per year to over 1000 members in Marion & Polk Counties, as well as outlining areas, and is used daily to make new and existing contacts with other members. More than 1,000 general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and associated businesses use this directory as their primary source for contact information in the local building industry. Advertise Your Company in the New 2008 Tour of Homes Magazine

This year’s Tour of Homes will have an exciting new look thanks to a completely revamped magazine. Most noticeable will be the full-color, glossy format of the magazine with all home illustrations done in full color. Advertisers will also benefit through ad pricing far lower than what was charged by the newspaper for past Tour publications.

BuilderFusion will produce 30,000 copies of the 2008 Tour of Homes magazine, 20,000 of which will be distributed to attendees onsite at Tour homes, with the remaining 10,000 being direct mailed to select targeted households. The company is also producing 100,000 promotional fliers, which will be distributed in advance of the Tour to help generate interest in the event.

In addition to editorial content and production, BuilderFusion will manage advertising sales for the Tour of Homes magazine. Representatives from the BuilderFusion sales team will be contacting HBA members over the next several weeks to give them the opportunity to keep their company name top of mind with home buyers by purchasing an ad in the magazine. Rent a Tour of Homes Garage to Promote Your Company

For only $200 you can rent a builder’s Tour garage during the Tour of Homes, June 14th – 22nd. Renting a Tour garage is a very affordable way to potentially reach thousands of Tour visitors. Once you set up your booth in the Tour house garage, you can choose to have someone sit at the display to greet visitors, or leave it un-manned.
