To realize this mission, the Association endeavors to do the following:
• Be the voice of the building industry and have the strength to fulfill association political objectives.
• Increase the political presence of the association to affect a beneficial business climate for the members.
• Assure the continuity by encouraging the development and diversity of new leaders.
• Promote a strong and positive sense of community.
• Acknowledge the actions of the individual members and thank them for their efforts.
• Clearly define the policies and procedures of the organization.
• Create opportunities for the members to have fun together.
• Improve the perceived value of membership in the association.
• Provide education and business development opportunities for the members.
